I wish to thank everyone for making us feel so special
It's true that there is more happiness in giving then in
receiving. You must be incredibly happy people to brighten
up so many lives and make our experience so enjoyable! Thank
you
Thank you!!

I have been impressed with the overall efficiency of your
organization. Courtesy and pleasantness was evident throughout.
I would recommend this cruise to my friends. Your staff
member, Darius, was excellent and was the tops in efficiency.

The service was excellent! The crew was very courteous
and friendly. The dinners were exquisite. The musical
review performers were very talented. The costumes were
a little unusual the first night. The pianist in the Commodore
was great! Altogether, we really enjoyed the cruise!
Thanks!

Having not been on a cruise before, we found everything
in general very good. With the exception to our cabin
steward, Darius, who apart from being a very, very pleasant
man, is also brilliant at his job. He "made"
our cruise, for us. What a credit to your company he is.
He made it very good, I cannot speak highly enough of
him. 5 star and a big Thank you!

This was our company holiday cruise. It was fantastic.
All our employees thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Thanks to the Captain for inviting our employees to the
bridge.
Thanks for a great time.

WOW!!! First time trip. Excellent customer service! From
the dining room - Untuni, was outstanding. He remembered
us when we had seen him in the Bahamas. My steak was cooked
perfect. We loved the swan and bunny towels. The pool
bar staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome,
especially, Marv, Raul and most of all, "Darius".

The cruise was great. Our wait staff was particularly
good. Even though the first night was a little rough on
our stomachs, they did an excellent job helping us out.

Darius, our cabin steward was very helpful and gracious.
He helped make our cruise enjoyable by suggesting the
activities. The service, the entertainment, the food,
etc as noted "Excellent"!!

We are impressed with the quality of service. This is
our first cruise and it was thoroughly enjoyable. We were
traveling with our kids (ages 23 & 21) and they also
enjoyed our cruise. Your staff is professional, yet friendly.
The size of our cabin was larger than I thought it would
be - it was very comfortable!!

Darius, our room steward was outstanding. He went above
the call of duty to attend to our needs. He is a very
friendly person with very good manners. His command of
the English language is excellent.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.
Ivan, our waiter, and Stevenson, our busboy, did a wonderful
job at each meal and were very entertaining. The food
was great.

The number ONE reasons for repeating our voyage on the Regal
Empress would be because of the room stewards, dining room
servers, three guys at the Bell station, food and entertainment.
Where did you get those fabulous people? We enjoyed everything
but certain members of your crew were exceptional. We
can't remember nor do we know everyone's name that treated
us like family, friends, special guest and royalty but
here are a few of the most favorite we refuse to go without
mentioning:
Radney was our assigned server at table #37 during three
of our dining experiences on board. Radney was genuinely
great with his sense of humor, quick wit, diverse spirit,
friendliness and warmth. Also no request within reason
was too much or unattainable. Not to forget his expertise
and professionalism as a Server. All six of us that traveled
together literally looked forward to the dining experience
because of hunger and Radney. Radney made us feel as if
he looked forward to our being at his table and would
miss us when we were gone. When we take the next voyage
we will be certain to seriously seek-out and request Radney
as our server. If he's unavailable we will request Sanjay.
In the afternoon on Sunday 4/18 @ approx 2pm, while our
friends were on the excursions, my husband and I had the
privilege of being served by Sanjay. What a nice guy!!!
Serious was his character. Serious about our comfort,
needs and happiness. He too was genuine. When I thought
I had over done it for the day and not quite settled in
for eating, he continuously kept watch over me, concerned
about how I felt, offering suggestions, his facial expressions
sent the message he desired me in better spirits. He was
not happy until I perked up and smiled more often. Without
trying he made me laugh at the situation, I did feel better
soon after laughing. Another woman sitting at our table
also appreciated him profoundly, suggesting she will indeed
notify an administrative personnel in accounting whom
she has regular contact with regarding Sanjay's wonderful
disposition. I hope she does just that.
We don't dare forget the three colorful Servers who carried
the flame hats during the gala parade in the dining room
as the song "Hot, Hot, Hot" played that evening.
I was so anxious about many things I carelessly forgot
to get each of their names. They were commendable as Servers-turned-into-instant
performers.
They indeed enjoyed what they were assigned to do; they
obviously were having as much fun with that event as everyone
else did. On a few occasions my husband and I would stop
and speak to each one of those three before that event
happened and did not know they would be a part of the
entertainment. Our conversations with each one prior were
filled with laughter, good humor, friendliness and respect.
The setting was during their work in the dining room but
they somehow found time for good conversation. One of
them from Africa, the other two from Jamaica. Thank you
for placing us in the care of such wonderful and colorful
people. You are fortunate all of the above are in your
employ.
Oh! One more to mention would be the bell station guy,
Ranito. Actually there were three guys there who I truly
know deserve commendation for courtesy, politeness, and
being so accommodating without even one sigh or hesitation.
Where did you get these fabulous people? I also wish the
performers of the Grand Lounge could get a contract for
Broadway. We all felt that the entire cast and especially
the lead vocalist (Olga?) belong on Broadway, and in fact
probably have performed on Broadway.
These are all the reasons to repeat our voyage on the
Regal Empress. We have a line up for at least 8 persons
the next trip.
Just one request: is it possible to have more island music
(Calypso, Latin, etc) on pool deck during the cruise to
the island to put us more in spirit of the nativity of
the Island? The only time I was able to experience this
was during the dining room event mentioned above and on
the Bahama Island inside one of the shops on Bay Street.
I felt neglected hearing rock and disco sounds mostly
without the calypso style music on pool deck. Thank you
for the consideration.

Cabins M7, M97 & M54 (room stewards were excellent,
efficient, clever, very kind & respectful) Travel
dates: 4/17, 18 & 19
PS. I don't know the name of the announcer of events,
show times and introducer of performers but he was very
impressive, professional and got our attention every time
he spoke. A job very well done. If any of these folks
did not enjoy their job we are completely unbelieving
it.
